As well as being the only place I've seen a 2021 14" MacBook Pro available for less than £1300 (after the 10% student discount), they even sent a free laptop carrying bag in the package and delivered the MacBook in excellent condition exceedingly promptly.

I can't comment on the customer service because I didn't have any issues to report.

These guys have it all, competitive prices, friendly support staff and genuine refurbished products!

Received my laptop insanely quick and it basically seems brand new. Hopefully it'll last the test of time!

A few days ago I purchased a reconditioned MacBook from Tech.Trade. Two small problems occurred during the purchase and delivery periods but both were dealt with in very quick time. All phone calls were answered immediately and emails were picked up and answered within minutes. Very impressive in the light of other experiences I have had. Problems solved with no hassle, instructions delivered quickly and clearly in language suitable for a technophobe to understand. The MacBook itself is exactly as it was described and I am having great fun getting acquainted with it. I have been highly impressed with level of service and post purchase follow up.

The laptop I bought for £400 won’t charge or connect to my Wi-Fi. I have reached out to them via email but they do not respond

I bought a MacBook Air from Tech Trade and I specifically wanted an OS that would support recent releases of Microsoft Office. I phoned the Sales line and the guy I spoke to helped me find what I was looking for and a nice 2015 model. Pleased with my purchase.

WOW! Absolutely blown away by the superb service. I ordered my PC on a 10 day delivery. The following day I received order confirmation. The next day dispatch confirmation arrived. The 3rd day the PC arrived, Impressed!!!! Absolutely unpacking was so exciting it was well packed and I had the silver package and it looked brand new. I had to call because there were a couple of software and transfer issues, which my limited technology struggled with. Ryan was amazing he was patient and understanding and I never felt rushed whilst he talked me through the process. Ultimately what was needed couldn’t be achieved. He then blew me away by saying they would exchange my PC for one that would be compatible for my needs with the exact same specs only it would be a newer model. OMG!!! and at the same price I had paid. Add to this the sweet little free gift and the opportunity to earn an Amazon voucher by organising a packaging collection to recycle the box etc. This company and its staff are simply amazing, I highly highly recommend them

When I ordered from this company I did a check to look at there feedback. After looking and found they had an excellent feedback I decided to give it a try so ordered online and was delivered within 1 week of ordering, they notified me when it was coming. After a couple of days I set it up only to find there was a problem I contacted them and wishing a space of a couple of hours they answered my query. To anyone who reads this would I recommend this company for apple computer a defiantly 100% yes you can't go wrong.

So far so good. Honest evaluation of laptop but clean, very smooth overall and working well. Actually got more memory than expecting and different Op System. However soon upgraded free and all good.
Spend £10 on next day delivery - excellent service.

Like many others I was sceptical about buying refurbished but, could not be happier!
Really fast delivery even though I live on a remote island, the iMac itself is immaculate, looks brand new and works as should.

I ordered a refurbished iMac which was delivered exactly on time. The iMac was in excellent condition supplied with Bluetooth keyboard and magic mouse and is now setup and working perfectly. The magic mouse had connection issues but after a quick email was swapped out for a working mouse the very next day. A no hassle fantastic service I would recommend to everyone.

My second computer from tech trade and third in our family, they are just great! Love my laptop! Thank you!

A few issues with the original delivery promised. However not only was this matter dealt with very swiftly after my original review, the company did then insure 24hr delivery. It has changed my opinion of the company, and trust me that is not an easy thing to achieve, as I very rarely give companies second chances. The imac itself is in excellent condition and is everything tech trade said it would be. The only reason tech trade is not getting 5 stars is the initial delivery not arriving when initially promised.

Fantastic customer service and MacBookPro delivered the next day. Eli was knowledgable, personable and sought me the laptop closest to my budget and need. No high-pressure sales talk here! The product is in great condition and works brilliantly.
I will certainly be recommending Tech Trade to everyone.

I'm currently writing this from my brand new (to me) macbook pro which was listed as a gold grade refurb and I can honestly say I can not fault it, it looks brand spanking new, it's super fast! Everyone I have shown has said they thought it was brand new too!

Also the delivery!! It said 10 day shipping however the next morning I woke up from a text from DPD and just presumed it was spam but then 5 hours later, the laptop turned up at my doorstep and it was safe to say i was CHUFFED! Thanks so much to the team for an easy transaction and quick delivery 10/10 will be ordering from here again, my first but certainly not last purchase from Tech.Trade
